The following video provides a technical view of our EchoStone Housing System which is composed of three main components: Technology, Methodology, and Design & Planning. Our technology helps developers build faster and reduce waste, labor, and material costs. We engage with developers under a “lease and license” commercial framework where EchoStone provides our clients with the “know-how” in design & planning and executing the CLC concrete superstructure walling system (e.g., high-quality core and shell finishes that reduce costs) on their affordable housing projects. During the building program, the CLC concrete producing equipment (e.g., onsite CLC machine and modular lightweight formwork) is licensed during an agreed timeframe. The license aspect of the agreement includes project programming, sharp drawing development, labor & material quantification, site staging and logistical planning, machine operation training, and formwork cycling and implementation training.
